Overlay GHC is a programming language for global problem solving.
This software project is aiming at such a state where everyone in accordance with everyone else is able to solve problems of the 21st century (as represented by depletion of resources) with use of human network, by providing an environment for easily scripting the behaviors of wija itself and its plug-ins.
