Use i-WAT Tickets for Circulation
Let us explain how to use an existing i-WAT ticket using an example.
Suppose Bob asked Cameron to give him her copy of a book.
>>1. Bob sends a use message
Bob follows these steps.
- Select Cameron on the Member List at the main window.
- Select "Acquired" tab in the i-WAT book.
Then select the ticket obtained from Alice.
- Go to "i-WAT Ticket" menu -> "Use...".
- An existing i-WAT ticket window appears.
- Enter the following items on the window.

- The reason to send the i-WAT ticket to the correspondent.
- [Payee]

- Select the public key user ID of the payee from the list.
- If you have selected the peer on the Member List at the main window,
it is set automatically.
- Click on "Use" button.
- A GnuPG passphrase input window appears.
- Enter the passphrase.
>>2. Cameron sends an accept message
An i-WAT message window appears on the desktop of Cameron's computer.
- If you are ready to accept the ticket, click on "Accept" button.
- A GnuPG passphrase window appears.
- Enter the passphrase.
The accept message is sent to both Bob and Alice, to which Bob confirms.
>>3. Alice sends an approve message
An i-WAT message window appears on the desktop of Alice's computer.
- Click on "Approve" button.
- A GnuPG passphrase input window appears.
- Enter the passphrase.
Another i-WAT message window appears on the desktops of both Cameron's and
Bob's computers.
- Click on "Confirm" button.
In Cameron's i-WAT book, the i-WAT ticket drawn by Alice becomes usable.
In Bob's i-WAT book, it becomes used.
