To cancel an i-WAT ticket you have drawn by mistake.

You can cancel a ticket only if the status of the ticket in the list of drawn tickets in your i-WAT book is "new". If this condition holds, follow these steps.

1. Select the i-WAT ticket you would like to cancel from the list of drawn tickets in your i-WAT book.
2. Go to "i-WAT Ticket" menu -> "Invalidate...".
   • You are asked to confirm if it is OK to invalidate it.
3. Click on "Yes" button.
