Solution: Cannot approve a trade/accept an i-WAT ticket

You cannot click on "Accept" or "Approve" button on the i-WAT message window because it is grayed out.

>> Cause

Perhaps there is a risk detected by i-WAT because either the signature cannot be verified or the trust is uncertain for the public key of the signer.

In these cases, i-WAT grays out the button to continue the trade to protect you from mistakenly clicking on it.

>> Solution

[If i-WAT failed to verify the signature]

You must reject/disapprove the trade.

[If i-WAT is uncertain about the trust of the public key]

1. Click on "Suspend" button.
   • Replying is suspended for the message.
2. Obtain the public key of the correspondent and its fingerprint via a different and safe means, confirm the authenticity of the key, and sign it.
3. Reply to the suspended message.
