Sign Messages/Verify the Signatures

You can sign messages you send, and verify the signature on received messages.

* You can sign and encrypt a message at the same time.

Follow these steps after opening a message compilation window.

1. Turn on "Sign" button.
   • The state of the button toggles when you click on it.
2. Compile a message.
3. Click on "Send" button.
   • A GnuPG passphrase input window appears.
   
4. Enter the passphrase.
   • The message is sent with a signature.

A message window appears when you receive a message.

1. Move the cursor over the cipher information on the message window.
   • The signature information appears.
