The about window shows information on the software, such as its version and the license agreement.

The versions of softwares developed by Media Art Online, including wija, are managed by two numbers: version and change numbers.

[Name of the software]

• The name of the software whose information is shown.

[Version number]

• The number to identify the version of the software.
• When development of a program reaches to a stage where it can be released with restrictions, the program is marked version 0.01.
• The version number is incremented at every (restricted) release.

[Change number]

• The number to identify a change managed by Perforce, a software management tool used in Media Art Online.
• The change number is incremented at every change reported to Perforce, regardless of the software being developed or the web site being edited.
• By this number, we can identify which versions are corresponding to which changes.

• GNU GPL (General Public License) is a license agreement which states that everyone can freely use the software.
